Other Details to Note:
•👥 Maximum occupancy: 6 guests (including children), no more than 3 cars. Minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
•🚫 No parties or events of any kind by city ordinance. Please preserve the peaceful setting. Palm Springs strictly enforces neighborhood quiet hours and noise regulations.
•🌙 No Outdoor music is permitted at any time for short-term stays, per city ordinance.
•🕓 Check-in: 4:00 p.m. Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
•🌤 Pool & spa heating: Available seasonally for a fee—please inquire when booking.
•🐕 Dogs welcome! Up to two dogs (under 75 lbs) with a $99 non-refundable pet fee. Please let us know in advance.
•📝 Palm Springs requires a signed rental contract, photo ID, and vehicle license information for short-term stays (28 nights or less).
📆 For Stays of 29 Nights or Longer:
Stays of 29 nights or more are exempt from the 12.5% city bed/tourism tax. Guests cover gas and electricity usage during their stay, and a utility deposit is collected before arrival. (Pool and spa heating, if requested, are included in the utility usage.)
